[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs

Wow, a very strong TP enhancement beginning about 20 minutes before sunrise 
(1446 utc), with many hets, then audio, especially on the high band section, 
gradually extending to the bottom of the band. Audio still heard 15 minutes 
after sunrise. I rarely get audio on high band channels. Far East Russian 
LWBC was very poor, with poor audio on 153, 180, 234, 279 at 1351 utc. MW 
audio on 594, 666, 693, 774, 828, 873, 1089, 1179, 1197, 1386, 1422, 1503, 
1566, 1575, 1593 from 1425-1458 utc.
