year return'. 

Wow! Twenty years. In a world in which every field, be it radio, medicine, 
plumbing, changes practically by the hour. One can barely keep pace with 
superseding developments..

But in twenty years gout-riddled wastrels say 'traffic texting' will be bigga 
stuff?

How do they straight-facedly spew this tripe? Do they really believe what 
they blat?

What's with them? Korsakoff's Psychosis? Wet Brain? Paresis? Horrid.
