Re: [IRCA] Cuba on 710

Paul,

Cuba has several stations on 710 carrying the Radio Rebelde network.  They 
are there as much to obliterate Cuban reception of WAQI Miami, as they are 
to serve the populous.  Best guess as to locations and powers can be found 
in the WRTH.
