Congratulations!!! And thanks for the tip.... I'm just in the process
of analyzing 30 minutes of 531 recording from Grayland. There were
two stations there, maybe 3... during that auroral hour. One was
news-talk and the other, more dominant was a C&W station. I've got
enough commercials, phone numbers, etc. for a tentative report to
each, though I heard no location or call in either case. The C&W
station did "ID" as "Radio 531" (isn't THAT helpful? :>) I'm going to
check the website for 2SM to see if they were in their C&W format at
that time.... making it 2PM.
In any case, I'll not be sending out even tentative reports until
Monday or Tuesday. I sort of expect that, after 27 years of hunting,
that you'll get that report on the way TODAY!!!!
