[IRCA] Lacklustre TP morning 27Oct06

Despite wonderful A/K indices of 1/1, nothing too exciting monitoring between 13:47 and 14:15.  A total of only 9 audios, mostly at the low end of the  band.  Even the usual JJ powerhouses were only heard at fair levels.  I was sure expecting a lot more....off to work!.........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria.
