I should HOPE it's a very strong signal in Livermore! Presumably, they are
testing the night pattern and the night site is IN Livermore. They might
even be running at full power--50 kW. If that doesn't produce a strong
signal at your location, what would? When they get the day signal on the
air, it won't be as strong in Livermore--will come from quite a good
distance to the north.
