[IRCA] Patrick's late loggings

To correspond with Patrick's observations this morning, peaks were 
seen on both 594 and 1566kHz at 1550UT on my propagation recorder, as 
well as, get this, 1708 and 1752UT.  But these last ones would have 
been tempting carriers rather than the audio he heard; possibly some 
audio at 1550 though.   The sunrise opening was quite short as well, 
and there wasn't the strong overnight signals that we've seen a 
number of times.
