Second update! It is 1656 UTC and Thailand 891 is still there with fair
signal. 675 has faded down. CC on 711 also but buried by splash. I
changed frequencies and the Jiangxi RGD 729 is about S5 as I type this
at 1659. It is almost ID time There goes the time pips and ID in CC at
1700.
