[IRCA] KELK-1240 now country?

While listening to the KEVA test through KSUE, my UNID country station
came back.  I've heard two IDs, both of which I'm pretty sure are
"KELK", and a slogan that sounded like "coal country" or "gold
country", but it could always be the end of a phrase like "Elko
country..."

Can anyone else confirm?
