[IRCA] TPs (or lack thereof) for 20 Oct

Oh, the pain!  Terrible morning so far.  189 and 279 were producing audio, so I thought that the MW band might be pretty good.....NOPE.  All I got on my first pass between 13:37 and 14:00 UTC was a single audio (barely) on 612.  I'll come back and check again in half an hour.......Walt Salmaniw, Victoria
