[IRCA] TP's for 10-14

When I got up there was no TP's to be heard at 1300 UT only a lot of noise 
from a t-storm.  But, by 1320 I heard audio on 594, 693, 747, 774 and 828.  
Audio on 774 was good  around 1329 with someone under them.
