[IRCA] Pretty anemic morning for TP

Monitored between 13:35 and 14:15.  Very anemic morning for sure.  A total of 22 audios, but the vast majority of these were just barely audible.  Even the normal JJ powerhouses weren't.  They often boom in at near local levels, but this morning sounded like distant dx.  Best of the bunch was 1053 with what sounded like North Korean "easy listening music", and briefly 738 at 13:54.  Just music, so don't know who it was for sure........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria
