[IRCA] Pretty Average Asian AM on Orcas Island: Oct 9

It was pretty average here (average is still fun, though!) with no 
evidence of DUs, despite looking.  I did follow a discussion of the 
North Korean situation on DZEC 1062 for a while, an unusual catch 
here. I had two signals on 675, presuming one was Hanoi. JOUK was 
doing well this AM on 612 for me, with no DU. CNR2 on 918 was a bit 
unusual, too.... and I keep hearing stuff on 1188 which is neither JJ 
nor KK.... both of which I have QSLed.  Any ideas there?  Finally, 
Patrick, I had Zhejiang under/over KGO on  810, again.  So, enough to 
make it interesting, but levels generally down a bit and disturbed.
