[IRCA] Is KFI 640 back on with full power and fixed antenna ?

Was peaking VG a couple nights ago over the usual IA/OK combo.  Perhaps just 
cx which were absolutely superb to anywhere within a few hundred miles of 
the US/Mex border from West TX to the Pacific.  73 KAZ near Chicago
