Re: [IRCA] Wave file VOA 648

Good morning, Vroom-vroom,

Please send a WAV file of Vladivostok.

I remember that, when I worked for the Marine Corps in Okinawa, I used
to heard Vladi-648 beneath FEN-648 Okinawa
in the morning. FEN's xmitter is was only about 3 miles away, although
we were in a cancellation zone of reflections from hills
to our east (that kept me hearing anything but [then] KPMC-1560
Bakersfield and KDAY-1580 Santa Monica and a few others) via other-way TP.

Tell me if "Vroom-vroom." bothers you.
