[IRCA] Possibility of KRSN DX test

I contacted my local graveyarder (KRSN 1490) about the possibility of a 
DX test, and they seem open to it. At least they want me to call back or 
stop in this week to work out the details...

KRSN is operating with 640 Watts on an STA (using a temporary antenna), 
so this would be a fairly challenging test.
