My normal fare here (tonight included) on 1340 is San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Tehachapi and Santa Barbara.  Fresno has been loud and (not necessarily) clear, but the tone isn't them.  I would think Idaho.  As of 0021 PT, they're pretty weak but still there.
