[IRCA] WODI and WNJC DX Tests

Both the WODI-1230 and WNJC-1360 DX Tests heard in St. Albans, Vermont.

WODI came through extremely faintly with sweep tones at 0002:30 and
0004:30 ELT, but no Morse code IDs heard.  Maybe not enough to verify.

WNJC fair at first, improving to good signal later, from 0009 to 0020 ELT,
with sweep and stair-step tones, Morse code IDs, male vocal IDs, female
phonetic IDs, and assorted radio clips.
