Yes, filipinos have been rare this season. I think mainly because of the
lower solar numbers have enhanced the Northern TPs more blocking the
Southern stuff. The Northern CC, Japanese, and Koreans have been
powerhouses. I should have checked 1260 this morning. JOWF 1440 was
quite decent. 
   By 1071 sounds like a CC dialect, not Standard CC, Amoy, Cantonese,
or Taiwanese, but China has lots of languages like Hakka, which I don't
think I have ever heard.
