[IRCA] TP's this morning

Good morning,

Results at this location were not was good at yesterday morning.  Audio heard on 12 stations in TP land.  4 Radio Rossii stations were heard on long-wave.  

Doug the KIWA heard 3 TPs with audio this morning.  774 JOUB, HLAZ 1566 and 1575 VOA Thailand.  All stations had fair signals.  The was KIWA connected to the R8B.
