Lately 1100 Radio Cadena Habana, Havana, Cuba, has had only the slightest 
wobble, nothing like the wall banger of a few months ago.

It is unlikely you would hear a Wobbler on 1100 now -- assuming it is RCH 
-- unless you went to your BFO and induced a het, that would enhance the 
slight wobble if it is there.  You would hear a slight jiggle of the steady 
het tone.  You might hear two or three jiggles together, every 10 or 15 
seconds, nothing continuous.  If it's there along with other clues, then 
you have RCH.

Tonight at 11:10 pm ET, Sep 26 2006, 1100 RCH is wobbling weakly.
