I'm getting Spanish on 1100 at 0215 UTC Sept 27.  Keep hearing mentions of "La Habana" and soft Spanish vocals during the fade-ups.  Not a strong signal as the Usual Suspect Cubans are.  Westlist only has a pair of 1 kw Cubans here.  Anyone?
