[IRCA] VOR 648 // 3995
Walt,
Going by the winter schedule listed in the WRTH, the Vladivostok transmitters // are 3995. Checked 3995, frequency was clear. Actually the winter schedule lists nothing for 1300-1400 hours. It fades in around 1320 UTC most mornings Lately VOR has been staying till 1400 UTC. Recorded the musical signature that they play at the end of the hour. Heard the signature a few times now. Will edit the original recording on cassette and transfer it to the computer. Will send it out to anyone who wants a wave file.
Off to work now and should get home from 0900-1000 UTC and hope that conditions continue to improve.
