[IRCA] missing messages

Just so you all know, yes, I have noticed the absence of some of the DX
test/QSL messages from Les Rayburn, and the problem is being worked on. It
appears they come to my yahoo.com address fine, they get to [ABDX] fine, but
I'm told they never hit the hard-core-dx.com server, and Les gets no messages
about his message bouncing. Les sent 2 more messages just this afternoon,
neither of which appeared to get to [IRCA], but the address for [IRCA] on them
is correct(or at least that's the way it appears to these eyes). If I don't see
either of those messages on [IRCA], I'll forward what I have later today.
