[IRCA] Dual ID at TOH on 1600 WJRE

I heard a dual ID by a male announcer on the Delaware station on 1600 
at 0900 EDT 9/24. There was considerable interference from a phased 
nulled WLXE, a station with a Sunday morning preacher, and who knows 
what else.

The text of the identification follows:

"(You are listening) to sixteen hundred WJRE Dover and twelve sixty 
WAMS Newark." 

A new one (WJRE) goes in the logbook. Number 14 station logged from 
Delaware.
