KAPL tears KKOL apart as close as you are. What about 25 air miles? I am
surprised you could hear stations u/OC at 2-4 miles. They don't sound
like their signal is too strong then. I have phased KAST at 3/4 mile
from their TX site, at Dave Williams, and I can hear 1360 & 1380, but
nothing noted under KAST that close and they are 1 KW. Might have
detected something under 1230-KKEE at 1.7 miles on the other side of the
astoria hill though, at Dave Williams.
