I really didn't think they were on miniscule power.  It reminds me of when I listened to KCKX/1460 from Stayton OR every night and they were supposed to be running 15 watts...uh yeah!
   
  I got a nice surprise at about 0315...I noticed local KZSF/1370 off...open carrier but nothing else.  Since they make my Grundig S350's birdies sing, I was happy about that.  Got KSRV/1380, KAST/1370, KRKO/1380 and KHNC/1360.  First time for KHNC.  Now its time to get some sleep...early for a change!

I'm about 5 miles from KXMG-1150 transmitter which is located in Vancouver, WA. There not pumping out 47 watts this morning. There S-9 +50 db. A Dxer heard them in Europe last season. Maybe I can get my neighbor to bring that huge RF meter home and take a reading some night.
