[IRCA] TP's 9-16-06

Hello,

The morning of 9-16 was very good for TP reception. 

648  JOIG ?  Signal here last two mornings.  Sounds JJ, signal is sometimes better than the JJ powerhouse stations.  WRTH says that JOIG is NHK1.  Did hear JOBK 666 kHz which is NHK1 and programming did not match 648.  Heard this morning from 1321-1345 UTC with best signal (S-7) and US pop rock song. 

 1053  R Korea   Jammer weak,  signal with man in Asian underneath at 1155 on 9/16.

1206   China F/S steady S-6 signal at 1154.  Good audio with man in Asian language.  One of the local TP's 
           lately.  

1377  China  CRN1 in at 1241 with fair signal and // to 5030.  Man in Asian language.
