Here in Seattle (5 miles NW of downtown), 1290 & 1310 are quite 
listenable with moderate monkey chatter from 1300.  KKOL is about 25 
db/S9, or about 5-10 db weaker than KIRO-710 KJR-950 KOMO-1000 and KPTK-1090
