[IRCA] 9/15 TP's

Hello,

This morning was the best TP session of the season at this location.  Long-wave with Radio Rossii on 153-180-234-279 the signals were weak with audio.   First station was heard at 0927 UTC and last at 1345 UTC.  The best reception was at sunrise with JJ being heard on 648.  The signal was about S-2, but the audio was good.  Man and woman in JJ.  JOIG is NHK 1, but could not find a // station to ID.    What was nice about 648, there was no stations interfering with the signal.  

The top end of the MW band was weaker than the lower end. VOA 1575 was fair at its best and 1566 HLAZ did manage a S-9 signal at 1333 UTC.  When the long-wave stations are being heard, will the lower MW stations be heard better than the upper MW stations?

891   fading S-3 carrier at 1332 with no audio.
936    weak CC? heard at 1247
1053  no jammer heard, open carrier with Asian language 
         underneath.
