[IRCA] CFPR 860 and Radio Canada

An interesting frequency.  From 04:58 tune-in to 05:07.  Initially just the Prince Rupert CBC station, CFPR with excellent reception.  ID for CBC 91.5 in Prince George just before the TOH.  No local ID or weather, although clearly B.C.  Interesting that at 05:05 there was French from CBC Radio Canada.  What gives?  I'm still hearing both the English CBC and the French Radio Canada, both heard with the north K9AY.  W only yields the English station.........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
