[IRCA] WFSN 1650-1690 ?

Heard a "WFSN, The Franchise" somewhere above 1620 on the X Band while 
reconnecting SM-2 Space Maggot.

Was too busy checking out tuning above 1600 and merely chanced on station. 
Recorder wasn't running.

A check on FCC's AM Query brings back nothing, so either wrong call or so 
new even the FCC doesn't know about it, hi!

Does anyone know who this is?
