[IRCA] WHJJ-920

It appears that WHJJ-920 in RI is on non-d this evening.  Their IBOC signal
is on, and I was told that it is locked to the pattern change.  If it's
non-d, the IBOC runs.  On DA-N it's off.  This may change as I called their
C.E.'s cell phone and left a message.  If he checks his messages this
evening, he'll shut it down.  He's a friend of mine, and he did ask I let
him know if this happened.

So, for those who need RI, look for their talk programming.
