[IRCA] Need Help w/ UNID 690

Last night, at around 8 PM CDT, I heard an UNID on
690, IDing as "WIXQ.  Heard a lenghty promo for their
website with many mentions of "wixqradio.com".  Then
this was into national news programming.

I tried the announced URL, and it doesn't work. 
AMLogbook.com doesn't show anything close to these
calls on 690, and the only WIXQ I can find thru a web
search is a college FM station in Pennsylavania.

Can anyone help?
