[IRCA] Good TP conditions

Hello,

The best TP conditions here this season. 8 MW stations with audio including North Korea 657, China 1206, and tentative
JOBK on 666.  Radio Rossii also heard on 153 with weak signal.  

With Nick hearing Virgin Radio on 1215, might take the R 30 CC to work and set-up a BOG in the field next to work.
