Yes I am surprised:)))  Really, I am not surprised. I haven't heard ether
states since 1969. Once upon a time, when I was stationed in Charleston, SC
(1967) I heard and QSLed KNBR-680. But since the 60's it's been hard to do.

I have worked all states on 20 and 40 meter CW. Does that count for
anything???
