I would guess they are not using the 50KW then.

The clip from the Seattle Post-Intelligencer that Eric Floden sent to
this reflector last Thursday indicated that the power increase was to
occur this week. Of course it might not happen today due to the holiday.
But I'd watch it the next few days.
