Re: [IRCA] frequency measurement accuracy



Well, I am measuring the frequency of WWV.  Something is drifting at 
a rate just less than 0.1 hertz per minute.  That amounts to about 5 
to 6 hertz per hour.  Something is drastically wrong here.  I have 
had my radio on for almost all day since late last night.
