[IRCA] TP's 774 & 1566

Good Morning,

HLAZ 1566 heard at 1111 UT weak audio and man talking.
JOUB 774 fair signal at 1130 UT with EWE antenna.  Was able to hear JOUB with a weak signal on the Space Magnet loop.
