[IRCA] DX-Podcast and iTunes - RSS test

Is the URL that seems to be working with iTunes (tested on Windows XP and Mac OSX)

This is just a test podcast (4 minutes or so) - is in stereo and 64kps
so -- not optimal.  ;-)
