Hi Bill and All,
It's not quite like that. KTAR says that sometime in September, they'll 
begin simulcasting on 92.3, which is now KKFR ("Power 92."
Undoubtedly that's when Riviera Broadcasting, the group managing Power for 
Bonneville expects to 
have the 98.3 Cottonwood FM moved to a tower that'll cover the Phoenix 
metro.
KTAR's on-air statement says that beginning in 2007, 92.3 will be 
Newst-Talk and 620 will be sports.
I presume this would lead to either a sale or format change for KMVP-860.
