[IRCA] Russian Long-waves

Hello,

 

 

3 Radio Rossii long-waves heard this morning, 153, 180  and 189.  180 was fair for a while, the other two were weak.  1224 UT

 

HLAZ weak with CC on 1566 at 1217 UT.  JOUB also weak on 774 at 1221 UT.
