Grade C? *THAT* I've never had - but I swear by the B that I get by the
gallon from the good folks at Sugarbush Farm in Woodstock, VT. Their
cheese is outstanding, too.

They do mail order at sugarbushfarm.com, but it's worth the visit if
you're up that way. (Am I glad I have a consulting client in VT? Why yes,
I am...)
