[IRCA] Help wanted - IBOC on WTIC

I have the attention of the engineer at WBAL, and I need the help of 
DXers near WTIC.  Please let me know if, for the next few days, WTIC 
is running IBOC during the day.  My monitoring tonight indicates that 
they are not, and I would like confirmation from DXers closer to 
WTIC.
