[IRCA] Convention update

Greetings;

As I mentioned earlier, the convention is coming along very well with
more and more registering.
  A couple people have asked if the same $69/$79 rates are good for
those arriving on Thursday. Yes, they are. Lawanda, the manager returned
my call and she said that is fine. 
   One correction, the deadline is July 22nd (not the 21st as I have
mentioned). She told me that is pretty much definite to guarantee the
$69/$79 rate. You can get a room after that date, but the regular rate.

the Comfort Inn on September 22-24,2006.
