I think this is an "AVR" network station, Annapolis Valley Radio.  They already have one station on FM plus three AM stations.  What is the point of moving the station to FM as their already existing FM station covers the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia very well already?  Or is CFAB breaking away from the AVR network?
