Call the latter and talk with the Boss, Leonor (Filipina). Say you're a
radio friend of Charlie, and explain yourself. Think of some sort of
outrageous nonsense like, "I'm in jail and can you come and get me out?"
Let her know that it's a joke so I don't catch Old Harry afterwards. THEN
maybe she'll take the hint amd come up with some preposterous BS to counter.
She loves to BS folks who call here. "I'm the Chinese maid and the Taylors
are in jail." Or "This is the Grifton Police Department." or just "9-1-1."
