Thanks for passing this along. This one I had not heard of, but there
has been many others in the past few years. There are several stations
that will have nothing to do with the DXer. As I have said before, the
internet is a wonderful tool, but it also has its drawbacks. The quick
and nasty e mail to a station or the FCC can ruin things for everyone
else and it has. No wonder QSLing is getting so much tougher.
