[IRCA] 1060 unID likely XEEP

Just found the XEEP R. Educacion website and they list a  program  "The 
Rough Guide to Bollywood"  from 2235-2301 09JUN06 with  6 different 
presumed musical selections with "Indian" appearing names and artists.  
This matches the time and programming I heard. Thanks, Neil.
