[IRCA] Am loggings

I did a little bit of dxing last week,and picked up the following stations.

KPQ-560-Wenatchee,Washington 
KOAL-750-Provo,Utah  
KMED-1440-Medford,Oregon and last
KLIX-1310-Twin Falls,Idaho
I have sent reception reports to all but KPQ,and hope to hear back from KLIX,KOAL,and KMED within the next 2 weeks.
